Cancellation Policy

Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for No-shows (appointments not canceled and missed without notice) will be charged 100% of the service price.

Credit Card Authorisation

When you make a Booking, your credit card will be authorised for the full amount of the Booking, but will not be charged until the point of treatment.

Late Arrivals

We recommend that you arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or loss of your appointment and no-show fee charged.

We understand that sometimes delays happen. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. You will be granted a grace period of 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled to accommodate other clients. A 100% booking fee will be charged for late arrivals resulting in cancellation or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Chip-Free Guarantee

Any Gel polish, BIAB or Apres Gel-X chipping within a week or your appointment is free. Get in touch and we will find a time for you to have your nail repaired free of charge.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be provided at our discretion. Please email your feedback to hello@trophywife.com.au with photos of the issue with your nail set. Your satisfaction is important to us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Children & Age Limits

Children aged 12-15 must have consent from a parent/guardian. A parent or guardian must also accompany any child throughout the duration of their treatment. Children aged under 12 are not permitted to have treatments using gel, BIAB or nail extensions. They may attend the salon with a parent or guardian who is having a treatment but they must be accompanied at all times. Any appointment cancelled due to non-compliance with these policies will be non-refundable.

Health Policy

By making a booking, you confirm that you have provided all pertinent information regarding the items listed below for everyone receiving services from Trophy Wife at the time of booking.

You acknowledge that we will not be held responsible if any relevant details are not disclosed before the treatment. If important information is not shared in advance and is either later disclosed or detected by Trophy Wife employees at their discretion, Trophy Wife may not be able to proceed with the treatment. In cases where treatment is refused due to non-disclosure, Trophy Wife reserves the right to charge the full amount for the booked services.

Please ensure to disclose the following information before your treatment:
Any allergies or medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, infections of any kind) or any recent injuries, as this may affect the suitability of some treatments.
Any recent surgeries or significant medical conditions within the last five years.
Presence of bruises, rashes, swelling, open sores or wounds, recent sunburn, onycholysis, psoriasis, raised moles, undiagnosed bumps, athlete’s foot, verrucas, warts, fungal nail infections, ringworm, recent scar tissue, onychia, whitlow, haemophilia, neuralgia, scabies.
